A Hotel Management Graduate with Masters in Marketing. Sudipta has 23 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry and has worked at various capacities. He is the Founder and concept mover of Infallible Travel Concepts Pvt. Ltd. Popularly known as iTravel. He started his career from a stand-alone hotel and quickly climbed the ladder to manage some of the leading National and International brands as Director Sales and Marketing. He led the Sales and Marketing functions while launching a couple of big brands across the country. During his last assignment as Regional Director of one of the leading National Chain of Hotels. Sudipta played a key role in identifying potential markets for business expansion and new acquisition. His passion towards exploring new destinations is the key to bring the concept of 'iTravel 2 Japan' a unique programme of 'Exchanging Cultural Excellence' between India and Japan. His astute sense of people management and sheer skill of identified potential assets into a performing ones are the key to the development of Inventree hotels and resorts.

With over 30 years of experience in Finance functions he held senior positions with TNT, Accenture and Group 4 Securities with a rich and varied experience from management accounting to commercial pricing, budgeting and forecasting to fund management. After graduating from Calcutta University he completed his cost and management accountancy from ICAI before being awarded with Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from MIA and Executive General Management Programme from IIM Bangalore. His core strength of analytical skills, pricing strategy and forecasting are the key pillars of the promising recovery of the oragnisation from the unprecedented crisis induced by pandemic.

His decade plus stint with Taj group of Hotels with sheer people management skill makes him an automatic choice to head Human Resource and Training function. Apart from Taj Group of Hotels Marvin worked with in and beyond India with the brands at Global repute before took charge of his current role.

Her role of excellence involves formulating revenue budget, managing business network and sales offices across the country and build and develop alternative channels of revenue and distribution, identifying potential markets for new expansion. A self- motivator with an enterpreunial mindset makes her a right choice to drive the revenue and growth of the business.
