A Hotel Management graduate with a Master's in Marketing, Sudipta brings 23 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry across various leadership capacities. He is the Founder and concept mover of Infallible Travel Concepts Pvt. Ltd., popularly known as iTravel. Starting his career at a standalone hotel, he quickly rose to manage leading national and international brands as Director of Sales & Marketing. During his tenure as Regional Director for a premier national hotel chain, Sudipta played a pivotal role in identifying key markets for expansion. His passion for exploring new destinations led to 'iTravel 2 Japan', a unique cultural exchange program between India and Japan. His astute people management and talent for transforming potential assets into high-performing properties are central to the growth of Inventree Hotels & Resorts.

Rishi Neoge is a hospitality operations leader with nearly three decades of experience steering hotel performance across India's luxury, upscale, and business segments. From his early years honing his craft at the Taj Group, ITC Maurya, and The Imperial, to leading F&B operations across 29 hotels, 55 outlets, and 23 banqueting venues, Rishi has consistently combined operational rigor with a sharp commercial instinct. As General Manager, he has led hotel launches, turnarounds, and full-scale operational transformations, most notably at Howard Johnson by Wyndham and Royal Orchid Resort, Bengaluru. Today, as Group General Manager at Armugam Hospitality, he's focused on portfolio expansion and brand-building for boutique hospitality assets — bringing the same discipline around P&L ownership, guest experience, and team leadership that has defined his career.

With over 30 years of experience in finance, Abhijit has held senior leadership roles with TNT, Accenture, and Group 4 Securities, bringing rich expertise spanning management accounting, commercial pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and fund management. After graduating from Calcutta University, he completed Cost and Management Accountancy from ICAI, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from MIA and the Executive General Management Programme from IIM Bangalore. His analytical acumen, strategic pricing, and financial forecasting were key pillars in guiding the organization's strong recovery.

A seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in strategic Human Resource Management, his expertise spans Talent Management, Upskilling, Leadership Development, Culture Building, Change Management, and Industrial Relations. An alumnus of Christ College, Marvin attended HR Gurukul with Tata Management Training Centre. His decade-plus stint with the Taj Group of Hotels, combined with exceptional people skills, makes him an automatic choice to head our HR and Training functions.

Treating every relationship as long-term value, Anshul brings over 20+ years of experience in hospitality. She has worked with leading Indian as well as international brands and has built a strong foundation across the industry. In recent years, she has been actively involved in independent consulting, partnering with notable hotel groups to drive transformation and performance. Her core strength lies in guiding premium and upscale hospitality ventures through their growth journey, with a sharp focus on strategy, operations, and market positioning.
